Coffee from our family farms in Colombia

Pajarito Coffee was born from a simple idea: to share the coffee our family has spent generations growing, selecting, and caring for in Colombia.

Coffee has always been part of our family. We own and work on coffee farms, maintain close relationships with neighboring growers, and understand the journey each bean takes—from the tree to the final cup.

Pajarito brings that coffee directly to the United States, creating a closer connection between the people who grow it and the people who enjoy it.

Rooted in family

Our coffee is not sourced anonymously from a distant supply chain. Much of it comes directly from our family’s land, with additional coffees selected through trusted relationships our family has built with growers and roasters over the years.

That connection allows us to know where the coffee comes from, how it was cultivated, and who helped produce it.

For us, coffee is more than a product. It represents family, tradition, hard work, and the land that raised us.

Thoughtfully selected

Every Pajarito coffee is chosen for its quality, character, and ability to tell a story about where it was grown.

We work closely with experienced coffee professionals in Colombia to evaluate each harvest, refine the roast, and preserve the qualities that make the coffee unique.

The result is coffee that feels approachable enough for every morning, while still offering the depth and character of carefully produced Colombian coffee.

From Colombia to California

Pajarito connects two places that feel like home.

Our roots are in Colombia, among the mountains, farms, birds, and communities where our coffee begins. Our company is being built in Southern California, where we are introducing these coffees to a new community.

The name Pajarito, meaning “little bird” in Spanish, reflects that journey. Birds move freely across borders, carrying stories from one place to another. We see Pajarito in much the same way: bringing a piece of our family and our country into your daily ritual.
